Welcome to Searching for Spirits, the Fall 2008 Fort Search Experience! On this page you'll be able to find a calendar of Search-related events, egg lists and descs, Candidate bios and pretty much anything else you need to know about this cycle at Fort Weyr on Dragonsfire!

The point of this wiki is to provide a place for candidates and Search Co to work together to make the cycle the best it can possibly be. We only ask that you be kind to each other, edit only the character profile that belongs to you, and use the information included in them for positive hooks in RP. We hope this will provide you folks with a place to brainstorm about dragondreams, for yourself and for your classmates. Your ideas will be a resource for your inspirations, giving you direct input into how your dragons look, feel, and act - not only towards you, but to one another as well. We're glad each and every one of you is along for the ride, and can't wait to see how this all turns out!

Since this site is read- and writable by all of its members (that's you), there are a few simple courtesy rules:

Be kind. The golden rule rules: if you can't say something nice, please don't say it at all. This is intented to be a positive bonding experience. Unpleasantness will not be tolerated.
Be respectful. Each player has complete control over their own character's likes and dislikes. If you make a suggestion concerning a specific character and that character's player does not agree with it, you must respect their boundaries. In the same way, if someone suggests something about your character that you do not like, be polite in saying so. You are trying to help one another. This is NOT a contest.
Be colorblind. While you can tell your fellow Candidates your color preferences if you wish, this is not what the site is about. It's better to suggest personality types, physical build, quirks, and the like. Repeatedly saying "I want X" or "X should be on Y" will not help the process.
